  • We are currently servicing zip codes in: Raleigh, Cary, Wake Forest and Rolesville.

  • We’ll contact you at the beginning of each season to confirm when we’ll be planting in your area so you know when to expect us. We will also followup with text messages the day before we arrive and when we are on the way!

  • Yes. We’d love to help you find planter(s) that are perfect for your style and home and create a custom container design. Please tell us about your custom project to get started.

  • If you already have planters that you love, we can work with them and will create a custom subscription for you. Arrangements for existing customer-owned planters are priced based on the container size plus an onsite planting fee .

  • Unfortunately, we are not able to offer customization or accommodate special requests for specific plants or color schemes with our porch pot program. We are happy to accommodate special request with a custom subscription plan, please contact us to learn more.

  • All plants are warrantied for 14 days from date of installation at your home or office. For customers who opt for a weekly or bi-weekly maintenance plan, plants are replaced in-season at no additional cost. If you have a plant that has died, we want to know about it. Please let us know and we'll see if we can provide a substitution or replacement.

  • We hope you will be thrilled with your subscription service but we realize sometimes a customer may need to cancel. If you need to cancel your plan, please just contact us and let us know. Plans can be cancelled at anytime.
